an Administrator onsite 9am-1pm weekdays (excluding Public Holidays)
The Administrator is qualified to provide first aid and can provide basic nursing support if required. They can also assist residents to identify services available to them in the local area.

Residents organise activities to help foster a strong sense of community. Events are very much driven by the community, from movie screenings and social drinks to festive occasions.
