Built over 4 storeys, the facility features a community lounge and kitchenette on the top floor, as well as an expansive rooftop terrace with stunning district views. The ground floor offers a range of garden apartments, with the first and second floors featuring light and airy apartments, many with balconies and tranquil, leafy outlooks.

 

Heydon Grove apartments are built for independent living, with each designed to include spacious living and dining areas, a kitchen, laundry and bathroom, and a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom configurations. There is also a basement housing the complex’s underground carpark with visitors’ spaces available, as well as numerous short-term parking spaces on Heydon Street.
